If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased on Alpha-H.com to us for a refund.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this is if:

• The product is deemed faulty;
• You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of the reaction will be required and will be assessed by our Lead Dermal Therapist).

Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.

Returns are not valid or accepted for free gifts with purchase, sachet samples or 5 Piece Sample Kits unless deemed faulty.

Please note: You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.

To initiate a return request via the Help Centre 'Manage your orders - Return.' You will receive a confirmation on whether your return is approved with 2-3 working days.
