Our delivery partners work very hard to get your parcel to you on their estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, there are a small number of orders where this is not always possible. Whilst we understand that this is not ideal, there is no need to worry – just keep an eye on the tracking in the MyPost app and contact Australia Post for delivery updates.
